For men or for women?

How is that sometimes when we think we put on a great dress and we look fantabulous but it translates into a different kind of message to guys? Remember when you put on a military-inspired pieces and guys laughed at you, saying 'Since when you joined the army?' or you with your glamorous silky wrap-up dress and guys can only imagine Sharon Stone with her uncrossing legs? I found those moments hideous. I know there are some guys who are really good in their fashion sense but in the same time, there are guys who are just happy with their own so-called fashion sense and request or i should say demand their female-friends or gfs to dress up according to their 'fashion sense'?

Seriously, do we girls lost the right to dress up to our own fashion sense (by this i mean not the horrible fashion sense)? How often you find yourself dress down to fit into the eyes of your bfs or your group of male friends around you? I had that I admit and i am getting tired of it. Can't we girls just love ourselves and enjoy our own beauty?

Sadly there are sometimes in real life, you happened to have males that are not open up to various fashion sense as you are, make up is a waste of time and if you dress up to something that they do not understand they think you look awful. Guys even categorized you as 'wild' or 'bitchy' because you put on with the current fashion sense such as those leopard print, clogs, leather jackets, ankle-wrap sandals, bustier top, v-neck top, leather leggings etc.. How depressing is that? Those are just part of the fashion!

Confused.. Should us girls dress up for ourselves or for men? Where is our rights?
